Specification of Goods

• All sizes are approximate and are given as a general guidance only.
• Colors, shades, materials and sizes of goods may vary to a minor extent from those illustrated.
• All goods are subject to availability.

Orders

• Will take 2 to 3 days to ship.

Shipping

• All products will be shipped by UPS Ground unless otherwise instructed.
• Customer is responsible for all actual shipping costs
• Normal handling fees are included in prices
• Special handling fees are quoted on a case-by-case basis

Delivery

• Normal Delivery - 3 to 5 days plus shipping time
• Allow extra time for custom designs.
• Customer must be present to receive package

Returns

• All items are sold as is.  If any item is returned the buyer assumes a 50% handling and administration fee. If returned later than 5 days from the time of purchase the charge will be 60% any other costs incurred by sangronadas.com will be passed on to the returnee.

• We currently accept three forms of payments. These are: Paypal, money orders and cashier’s checks.
